Booking Process
To begin planning your outdoor education experience, please provide the following information:

  • Preferred Dates: Include your ideal dates along with a backup option.

  • School/Group Type: School name, grade level(s), and type of group (elementary, middle school, high school, etc.).

  • Learning Goals: A brief overview of your educational objectives (e.g., environmental science, team building, outdoor skills).

  • Arrival & Departure Times: This helps us plan your schedule and determine meals and programming.

  • Estimated Number of Participants: Include students, teachers, and chaperones. Final numbers will be confirmed closer to your trip.

Contract 
Once your trip details are confirmed, you will receive a contract outlining camp policies, safety procedures, and important planning information. The contract will include your program rate, deposit amount, estimated group size, and trip details. To secure your preferred dates, a signed contract and deposit are required.

Program Planning (Action Plan)
After your contract is finalized, you will receive an Action Plan to select your activities and share any specific needs or requests. This includes choosing from our outdoor education classes, such as STEM-based learning, adventure activities, and environmental education. Your selections will help us build a customized schedule that aligns with your educational goals and creates a meaningful experience for your students.
